Its very upset that i am writing worst review for any site 1st time in life. I paid 3500 for screen replacement on 11th February 2019 but after that touch is not working smoothly. I told to technician that touch is not working properly then he said ma'am plz full charge ur phone then it will work. I charged my phone but problem still coming with phone heat issue also. Even i mailed them next day on 12th with my touch issue with video and side on off key is also not working properly.The next day itself the screen cracked and key pad stopped working ! The screen kept cracking ... I have keep trying to contact them but they hadn't listen for pickup. After 4 days they picked my phone now they are saying that there is physical damage so we can't do anything. Such a ridiculous they are. The customer care not ready to listen and not ready to talk from senior in front of me. Bad quality and worst after service !
Their customer care guy Ravi and Rohit even stop taking calls and no response from anyone. They think that customer time is not valuable for them. Was this information helpful? |
