I usually do not write bad reviews and give time for other party in case there are operational issues hindering their service. But with buzzmeeh, it has been terrible experience. I didn't trust handing over my phone to someone but i wanted to give it a chance instead of visiting my lenovo service centre. My phone was handed over to buzzmeeh on 16-oct-2017 and till date (15-nov-2017) there is no response from them. When i call their customer service my phone gets disconnected (Numerous times). My mails have been gone unanswered. Somehow i got a number of a guy who supposedly is outsourced for repair. He informed me that my phone was irreparable and will be returned 2-3 weeks back and said he will return my phone immediately. And even after one month my phone hasn't been returned. I am worried about this experience and planning to complain to police in coming days if it still persists. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I will always suggest that you get your mobile repaired from your local shop only, atleast you can revisit them any time if repairing work is not done properly.
I took my mobile repairing service through BUZZMEEH, NOIDA on 18 Nov, 2017. My Lenovo mobile's touchscreen was replaced by their technician for Rs. 2, 200/- on 18th Nov 2017 & the same day touchscreen started giving problems & then I kept calling them and sending mails but this UNPROFESSIONAL mobile repairing company never sent their technician again even after making so many requests.

These people most of the time don't even pick your calls & when you are fortunate to have a word with them they will just FALSELY assure you that your problem will get resolved soon.
Buzzmeeh has clearly mentioned on their website that they provide warranty of 90 days on their products/repairs and in my case it has just been 3 weeks and they are not even responding properly.
If you face any problem through Buzzmeeh, please Speak Out on social platform and help others in avoiding this company.
