Buzzmeeh — Mobile Screen not changed within warranty | |||
My mobile screen for samsung M 21 was changed on 07.08.2021 and there was a white dot left on the screen on the same day. The representative told that it will go after one day but it didn't go. I talked to the representative and other person Mr. Saurabh from buzzmeeh and they told that they will change the screen. I messaged them two or three days regularly but they didn't respond and also didn't pick the call. Now after 10 days my screen is not working and there are blue colored lines on the screen. When I talk to buzzmeeh customer care no they told that it is physical damage and they don't cover physical damage in warranty. My screen is not having a single scretch then how can they say it is a physical damage. The representative didn't fix the screen properly and that's why it is now not working but they are not ready to look into the matter as they have already earned 3200rs.
