Buzzmeeh — Phone fraud

I have given my phone to them as it was not getting booted up. Around 5 days later they called me and told me that the phone is not repairable and they are sending it back. When i received the phone, it wasn't mine except the back cover containing the IMEI number. When i told them that this is not my phone, they told me they have just two phones and one of them should be yours. After verifying that the IMEI on the sim trey is also different they are adamant on not accepting that the phone is not mine. Now i even don't know if my phone is damaged or not and whether i will ever get it back.
