Buzzmeh — not receiving any response from buzzmeeh - noida team

Neither they are providing any invoice to the customers once the payment is done at onsite.

I got my iphon6 screen + iphone 6s plus screen replaced few months back - (No invoce received)

For iphone 6 - the touch was not working.

For iphone 6s plus - the screen was broken.

However iphohne 6s plus was working fine but iphone 6 was behaving the same way as it was before i. E. Touch was still not working.

I tried to call to buzzmeeh customer care and conveyed the same thing to them. One executive assured that a guy will be coming and will check the phone why it's not working, but since then no one picked my phone ever and no technician visited to my place to check that iphone 6.

Anyways i again called buzzmeeh on this wednesday and conveyed the same problem that my touch is not working even though my screen has been replaced, so they sent a technician and get the motherboard replaced and charged me rs 3000 (With no invoice). Technician told me he will be replacing the motherboard with the new one and that costs around 3800 to 4000 but as you are the regular customer so we will charge you around rs. 3000. Finally i got it repaired in rs 3000.

Still the problem is there, my iphone 6 is not responding and screen is not working, so today morning i tried to reach out buzzeeh, and conveyed my problem to him. He said we didn't change any motherboad (Wow - means false information was provided to me - that's great). He said he will arrange a technician for me regarding the same issue, but since then neither he is picking my call nor any support team is picking my phone.

Kindly look into this.
