I booked a unit in 2015 and still awaiting possession like others. There is no update from builder on g1 tower where i have booked the unit. Please let me know buyer group or association where i can be added. Is there any case filed against the builder for non delivery of flats in this project.

I would like to add my case to that. Please let me know if anyone knows about it.

Modiant technology lady called and i agreed to the part time online data entry job. They said failing to submit 800 forms within 7 days i need to pay 3999/- as penalty. I agreed. I worked continuously for 3 days. They blocked my account saying i am using multiple logins. And thinking it might be truth i paid penalty of 6000/- and they reactive my id. Within 12 hrs they once again blocked me. Now they say as i have completed my task i need...

There is significant increase in the number of stray dogs in our area gandhi layout near pande amrai lawnjafar nagar.
They are creating lots of nuisance and are potential threats to our children. Stray dogs are entering our primises and are dangerous to our children. Please send a dogs catcher team and do the needful.

Co-operative housing society — non-payment of maintenance dues by members


I am a resident of a co-operative housing society of thane west. There are few members in my society who have not paid their dues which sum upto amount of over rs 3, 00, 000.00. Neither the secretary seems interested in taking any necessary action, nor any other comitee members have raised any concerns. Can you guide me through the process...
