I reached shimla on 10 the morning so i booked a room from oyo named pine
View from 9th to 10 the... So oyo misguided me from the directions which they told
Me on app... And secondly i called pine view which oyo gave me... And pine view
Didn't respond my call... And i again called oyo... And they told me to book
Another hotel they will file complaint against this booking and i will get my refund
Back after...

This is regarding f. L wine shop community centre new delhi in east of kailash. They have charged me 10rs extra per bottle of beer which i have the copy of. When i asked them why they are charging extra they mentioned that excise department has told them to do so and they are following the same. I have seen them charging extra everytime for each bottle. I booked a cab from delhi to agra on 31st december. They never provided me the driver details and i received a call 1 hour prior to my booking and they told me that cab will be delayed by an hour, but cab never showed up. I am studying diploma in mechanical engineering. I have already apply for bank loan.but the federal bank rejects the loan due to the dipoloma is not a job getting qualification they said. I have already paid the exam fee also.Without getting loan i cant write exam also. I request you to please make a solution for this.Also i have above 70% of cutt off mark in sslc.

They disturb all people but people not complaint because they fight with them and abuse them..

There is intentional or unintentional misdoing on the management side. They are charging VAT amount on the service charge component also which is plainly exploiting consumers that who are not aware of tax provisions. Don't take undue advantage by charging extra. I had meal at east Delhi branch of yo China in Laxminagar, new Delhi. They charged wrongly. I think it is with every customer that they do so....
