Immediately reported after it has been delivered at my address.
Seller rejected the return request by giving silly request, seller even knows well whats the truth.
As per 2gud grade guidelines, there would 4-5 scratches on very good - refrubrished grade condition, but just check the screenshot once, just look how many scratches and dents are visible on every edge on the phone....

I ordered the product on 1st september. It was to be shipped on the same day and delivered on 4th september. Today is 6th and till now it has not been shipped.
