I ordered two items from 360inex.com/hdfc through HDFC netbanking site. The order details and items are listed below,

The items worth Rs. 823.64 hasn't been shipped yet...

I have ordered a watch from this site from my HDFC account and transaction ID is HDAL016874.
Now they are saying it is out of stock and not returning my money. Their customer support is not picking my call and when they received they were sending me an APK to post complaint on WhatsApp from their personal no.[protected] and asking for my pan card. I have not installed it my phone because of threat protection. they are not filing complaint...

I have ordered a watch of spykar from 360inex.com/icici website and paid amount of 588.82 rupees for a watch but there is no reply from the website and no product received. Kindly do the needful....
