I received an letter from 3i infotech regarding the cheque clearance activity of name change request of bond holder from pranali rawal to shubhagi rawal. They are asking for copy of gazette notification for change of name from pranali to shubhangi. As we already submitted all the documents on the name of shubhangi rawal which includes:
1. Original bond certificate (S)
2. Notarized affidavit for name change.
