I have a trading account with 5paisa. the account was regular with transactions. suddenly one they the account got inactive.after talking to their constumer support executive i submitted the kyc form and my aadhar pan card. i have sent them over 20 times. Every time i got a response that kyc documents are not in clear images.
their customer support is also not helping me out. my hard earned money is stuck in stock market not an option...

I have got a message that my MF transaction will be done on 2 April. But instead they charged me on 30 March and my bank balance went negative. On the other hand due to insufficient balance HDFC bank charged 1200 INR to me for the ACH return amount. I lost my two SIP installments and 1200 INR on the go.

5paisa support is not ready to delete my data and account requesting from 1 n half month with multiple tickets. They simply close tickets without doing anything.

I have been told we have good service of customer support but I tried calling many times but always it comes busy and no responce. I am a beginner in trading and I want to understand the app usage. But customer support is not helping me to deal things. Dropped mails but no correct responce is given. My complaint with 5paisa is that when they can't provide service, they should not advertise falsely. Today I lost a lot of money due to their faulty service. If they cannot provide service in the time of need, they should not falsely claim such things. Is there a way to shut them down?...

Facing a great hit dealing with 5paisa last 4 months.
They included me in margin trading without my consensus and i am getting penalized for the same.
Had been writing to them last many months but no proper response & my fund deficit is increasing.

5paisa brokerage house is harassing customers. I stopped using their services and asked 5paisa customer care to close my demat-trading account everytime they send email asking me to reconsider my decesion instead of closing account. They are not even responding to emails now

It's cheating to go against consumer wish to close account and harassment, sebi should take action...

I registered for an online trading account with so called ducount brokerage 5paisa.com after noticing their advertisement about 5 min account activation.

Now weeks later, having submitted all documents & online money transfer of rs 650 ~ i have neither trading account nor my cost refunded. I have made at least 50 calls from my phone to the company staff.

They are extremely unprofessional, uncouth & bullying....

Whenever i install the app, and fill details, then a call from 5paisa an amount of rs. 650 i had paid... But i am not interest for open the account... I totally confuse and paid the amount... I have opted service of 5paisa for trading purpose. I have transferred funds to my ledger. But next day when i wanted to trade, it says that fund is not available.
