I had purchased a brown purse from this online store website(99 labels.com) and prepaid the amount on 11.05.2013. Later on they unilaterally cancelled the order and did not even bother to inform me. When i
called up their customer care no. i was informed by cancellation and till date they have not refunded the money that I paid them over 45 days. Every time i write to them, they say it will take 7-10 working days but I doubt now whether...

i have ordered a designer suit set on 99labels.com.
i have received it but dupatta was missing in that suit set
that suit set was worth more than 5000/-..i have got it for an offer price of 2851/-
i have filed a complaint they said they will give me a credit of 200/-.

As I did not get my product shipped , i mailed to them on Jan 6 , 2012. for which they replied that there is no stock and they will cancel my order and refund my money.
