i want to file a complain regarding the builder Mr. Darshan choraiya ( firm: A.D.Properties) from whom i purchased flat in january 2014. he is asking for extra money for documents and other work which he is pending to complete in building. and i have all the proof for the same.
Showed the property by different name (darshan jain) and as it look good I bought it and the deal was in 30 lakhs and 25 thousand. includes each and every...

sir,
