Complaint Against sankay nagpal RTO cansaltant.. Not giving my orignal RC amd 7000 rupess. I give him mu orignal RC of my car DL9CAT2265 swoft to transfer ownership. He take 7000 rupess and my orignal RC but not complet my work last 3 month and not attending my phone......
