I paid arif shaikh rs. 4000 for my passport work. Now more than 4 months have elapsed, nohting has happened. This person is absconding. He is not reachable.
He gave various reasons like-
Passport website is down
My father expired so i was out of station for 2 months
Namdev was a fraud so we have dismissed him.
Etc.

When i paid him mney, he gave me a receipt and said that within 15 days i will...

I handed over documents and rs 1500 to the person who came for collection, his mobile no is [protected] on 20th jan. Once when i conatced he told that there was some issue in passport software and will get appointment soon. Again later i tried contacting on that no and another nos like [protected] and [protected]. But no one is reachable now. The owner mr arif shaikh and other employees like namdev, deepti, dont know if their names are orginal...
