Pura fraud company hai, mere se rs 2500 liya ek case solve karne keliye, bola ki 15 din mai case solve ho jayga, 15 din over hogaya abhi tak na koi phone utha raha hai na mail pe koi ans de raha hai, pura fraud company, govmnt ko mera request ki is company ko ban kar de. nahi to hum logo ki tarha or logo ki saath aisa karega ye log.

We escalate the matter to SBI and SBI BANK replied that,

"we would like to share that we have completed the investigation for
the said transaction. It has been observed that the transaction has
been performed in a secured manner as the same has been validated by
your card CVV and dynamic One Time Password (OTP) over the Internet/
IVR.

Further, we wish to confirm that as per our records, the dynamic One
Time Password (OTP) was successfully delivered at your registered
mobile number. Transaction alert SMS regarding the aforesaid
transaction was also delivered at your registered mobile number.
Considering all of the above, the liability of transaction in such
cases lies with the cardholder."

If you still want to proceed the case, We can prepare now we're
preparing the procedure to file the case with customer court.Our team
will send you the relevant documents soon."

This is a mail reply sent by us to you.
Dear Sir 5 months on case all escalations done with SBI are on record, still we mentioned clearly we're ready to prepare consumer Court or cyber cell draft for you without charging any extra fees.
5 months and all this work we charged you INR 750/- . Still you think we're wrong. Kindly rationalize who will provide this much support for one time fees that we charged you in India. And after this you plan to defame us.

FRAUDS & CHEATERS. They will take money and then will never come back to you.

Same happened to me also paid 750 to them to solve my case wthey promice to solve the case in 15 day bt already 12 days r gone nt nt recv any msg or cl aftr makhng payment ...means i m cheated again through their hands. A person named sidharth is nt picking up my cls nw n also nt replying

They are another fraud company, who assures you to resolve the case and asks for a fees of ₹750/- and then stops replying your mails and messages. I request every consumer to “Never believe their hoax website or company”. I was frauded by some people who claimed that they were from Paytm and i approached “Aapki Samasya” to help me, for which assured me to get me justice. And they indeed are a big fraud company. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY.

They are also helping fraud people and companies they are not interested in solving case plz don’t pay them

Totally fraud and very poor service.after taking money they are totally neglecting us.and telling that problem will be solved after Diwali..this is there way of talking.the lady talking so unprofessionally and so rudely. her phone number is [protected].she is extremely rude and disconnects our every call.we paid her rs 1200/- for solving our problem.at the time of taking fees she was so polite with full of fake commitment.now she hardly picks up call.poor company not to be trusted at all.i[censored] people are unable to solve our problem kindly refund my money.

aapki samsya is 1000 % cheater and frauding site
first talking with you and taking money for file the cash and giving only 21 days time period but after 100 days do not take result and when we are asking then say no refund policy

100 % fake and bogus site for wasting money and time also in this site waiting we are finished our machine warranty time also

My case is pending for 22 dec 2018 and charged fees is 2200 and amount is 49999

These company aapki Samasya is totally fraud. I have trusted them But they are totally fake. Once you transferred your money then they will scold you why you are calling day by day. I have transferred RS 1500 to them but after that no reply from them. So beware of this company，but before that they are calling continuously the whole Team is involved in that. Now all the complainers we have to stand and COMPLAINT this company in jago Grahak jago official government. These company is playing with emotions of complainers and also helping the deceiver by telling that they will not sue if they transferred these money in their account. They are giving fake commitment

Sir I had complain at aapkisamasya.com before 3 month's against capital first idfc Bank. But not any action about this by aapkisamasya.com I'm asking about process, not satisfied answers.
And not responsible behavior.
