The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Hello,
I am writing this in regards to the disappointment in rejection of trouser in quality check. I had purchased a trouser in september 2017 and used it hardly for 7-8 times. Its just that i dint had time to submit it for quality check there was delay from my end in submitting trouser for quality check. Even though the trouser is washed only for 7-8 times, the trouser looks like its been used for over 5 years and more.br...
