I have placed an order for Accu-Chek Active Blood Glucose Meter, Qty 01 @ Rs. 1, 580/- on 01 Dec 2015. The Order Reference No is 519516. The payment of the same has been done through net banking from my SB Account of SBI on the same date. The amount also deducted accordingly. The print out of same order is attached for ready reference. After a lapse of one month and more, the item has not been delivered to the shipping address by the company....

My accu-check strips giving error code- E5. When I checked the box this is not expired yet. Mentioned expiry date is Feb/2015.
