Poor Quality of every accessory provided till the sepages in the building...
Pathetic response even after repeated complaints request followups.
I will never ever suggest you to buy a property with them.
They have not even responded over the heavy electrical bill which were due on them due to their construction works ... after taking the handover the society novices were thrown out to this threat...

Security Deposit mandatory for possession ?

This is regarding ACME Ozone project in Thane. Builder has already delayed possession for more than 2 years. And now during possession ACME is asking for Rs 50000/- as security deposit to recover for any damages caused to the common areas during shifting or any structural changes done. This clause is not part of the agreement. Any advice on what legal action can be taken or can builder reject possession on this basis? Regards VS...

Unauthorised Booking of Flats
Dear Sir,
I want to bring in your attention that ACME housing group is doing illegal booking for their OAKWOOD and ASHWOOD buildings in ACME OZONE projects in THANE(w). Earlier they had permission of 15 floors to build in each building, but now they are booking flats for 16-30th floor without legal permissions. They asking for 20% money and saying that they will arrange legal permissions after elections, which are due in Maharashtra....
