I asked the amount to be transferred to the existing account A/c number:[protected]. However even after multiple follow ups, the transfer has not been completed.

29th Nov - ACT cable repair guys came to our doorstep and said they changing cables, we told them not to perform any maintenance as it is a working day. So they left.

Pole installed in center of the house without house owner knowledge this distubs our vehicle parking in front of the house and also a tree is growing which might get affected due to this pole,

I had asked for my refund amount. It has been more than 25days still I haven't received any amount..every time I have been calling customer support for new refund complaint they open my complaint and its gets closed within 48 hours without getting my bank details as the ACT policy they had given, then I get mail saying amount will be cash back to our account, wat kind of service they offer I don't have any guess. It's been the worst experience...

I had raised ticket for 5 times till now as I was facing the same issue of Internet not working. Showing connected, No internet. There were multiple responses and late action was taken with temperory solution. I have faced the same issue again now. Planning to change my Broadband as not happy with current service. No compensation or refund given for inncovinence for 1 week no internet and so was charged for full month only(Prepaid). Still...

I have changed my house and want to shift airtel digital tv connection. I am calling on the customer care number almost everyday and raised a complaint long back and even dropped an email to the customer support email id.
Everyday i call they say your issue will be resolved in 24 hours, but i do not get any response from them. They say our technician will call you but i never get a call from anyone....

Had requested for a new internet connection and made a online payment of 4241 rupees on july/2/2020. On july 4 or july 5 one person came and said new box needs to be placed for connection and left. Thats it.

I installed the act fiber net services on[protected] today is[protected]
The data usge is showing 50.2 GB. It is a work wifi so only work is done and work is done using remote desktop so there is no chance in using 50.2 GB in 5 days. when using mobile data only it took only about 2 GB per day max for working how can the usage be above 30 GB when i could use 12GB data for three months with a GB per day pack? please address...

But, after the payment was successfully made, i was redirected to the home page and i all i got was a single sms regarding confirmation of payment. I couldn't proceed any further even after paymnet. I have prepaid an annual fee for high speed internet from act, bangalore.
They have disconnected my prepaid service since 28th may 2020. Complaints raised are getting auto closed and no one is helping with reactivation of the connection.
This is very cheap way to do business after taking payment of entire year. Normally they disconnect network for 1 day every week by giving some excuse. But this time it crossed some boundaries...
