I(Yogesh Narayan Sharma)was joined in "Adecco Flexione Workforce Solution Ltd., Corporate Office-Banglore" on 5/5/2006 & left my job on 31/12/2008 and my employer submitted my pf submissioin form on 30/4/2009 to RPFC. But I have not recieved my pf amount till now. I'm very upset due to that, so Please help me to get my pf amount.

I(Yogesh Narayan Sharma)was joined in "Adecco Flexione Workforce Solution Ltd., Corporate Office-Banglore" on 5/5/2006 & left my job on 31/12/2008 and my employer submitted my pf submissioin form on 30/4/2009 to RPFC. But I have not recieved my pf amount till now. I'm very upset due to that, so Please help me to get my pf amount.

provident fund not paid
I have applied for refund of PF from Adecco flexione work force solutions Ltd on 17th jul 09 & i was communicated that I will get refund with in 60 days from date of application of refund. but till date, refund is not given to me. My PF No is :- kn/bn/34272/87640...

i'm working in the payrole of adecco flexione workforce solution ltd.located in126 hazra road kolkata-26 since june 2007 and still i have not got my ESI card, i have called and met them several times but of no use.i'm in urgent need of medical attention and i'm in no position to spend that mush money.every month they deduct RS-140 from my salary.so please help me i need urgent medical attention...
