The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

Dear Sir,
Could you please guide me whether the below mail which I received from MR. PIUS OXFORD Barclays Commercial Bank Of London. Email: barclayonlinetransfer.[protected]@gmx.us, barclaysonline.[protected]@bartender.net is true or just a fake. When I visited the sites I found lot of complaints regarding this matter. Thanks for your assistance.

Dear Sir
I have submitted my PF through my company on Jan 2009, in turn company has submitted it.
When i contacted my company for the details have said they have submitted the forms( have attached the acknowledgement) till there only their duty lies and they will not follow up the PF office .They have given the contact no's of PF office , when contacted there is no response.

PF claim not yet settled
since it has been almost 4 months passed to submitted my PF form, but there is no further information in this regard.
as per latest info from PF Office, Kandiwali and person name Mr Rout has informed me that, the same ( Cheque() has been dispatched on 6th oct into my given account .
please check and investigate on this and confirm me the present status and when can i expect the same in my account
