AIMS Promoters PVT Ltd Complaints & Reviews

We purchased a plot in june 2014 in aims shanti city gwalior from aims promoters pvt. Ltd!. Now i cancelled my booking in december 2014 we filed an application for the refund of money, they promised to refund within 3 months as per norms of builder buyer agreement. It has been 6 months now and we have not been intimated about the reason of delay. They are no more replying to our phone calls and mails.

Sir, This is to inform you that we purchased a flat in 2011 in Aims Golf Avenue from Aims Promoters Pvt. ltd! Due to delay in paying installments, they canceled our flat.
