Dear sir,
I am a customer of aircel and on may 21st 2015 i had recharged with an amount of 800 and on that month, without my activation started the aircel service in my no.[protected]..and deducted the amount of 75 from my mobile after this deduction i spoke to custmer service they were telling that the deduction is due to the activation from your side and didnt put the deducted amount...after some days again the same service got activated...

Balance detect and not response from customer care

this is avinash i m using this sim from last 5 years but now days these aircel customer care guys are playing fool with customer . today morning i recharged my mob with 30rs after tht at 5 i m seeing these aircell detected 10 rs from my bal. i m calling aircell customer care they dont know how to responce or behave with customer i m asking them why u detected ...

I am using a aircel GPRS for internet, few days back i was working properly. Now they have degraded their services , even after making complaint in customer care, i didn't get the solution. executive of aircel cleared the complaint, but the problem is as it was. after contacting ( two days back) to the no given as 198 of aircel, executive says that you can contact network executive directly.i don't know...

Aircel has deducted rupees 30 for Music Connect on my prepaid connection ([protected]). which I do NOT have any subscription to this service. I want to stop this but, unfortunately, Aircel offers no information on how to unsubscribe this service anywhere on their site. I would like the company to take immediate action and terminate this subscription service on my number - I don't want to listen those music which I have no interest at...
