I have booked my tickets with pnr:02spv6 early this year and airlines have automatically cancelled without giving a reason and the refund due is 18, 193.
Its a huge amount and they used to reply that it will be done in 7 to 8 business days and now its over 8 months.
Now i dont even get to them through phone number or email.

Aircosta cancels my flight to jaipur and sent a mail the refund will processed in 24 hours on march 2017, it has been 9 months i have never received my refund and afterwards i tried to call them and mail them, they send a mail it will be refund in 7 days. But 9 months passed they havent refund money nor now they respond to my mails.

I have booked flight tkt in aircosta for jaipur to hyderabad for dated 28.02.2017.
They cancelled the flight and promised to pay full refund within 7 days.
Till now no refund received. Replying on mail every time they promised to pay within next 15 days but not paid so far.
This is clear cheating and fraud. And now toll-free number is out of service.. Please refund my money....

I have booked aircosta flight lb 693 from hyderabad to tirupathi for 12th march 2017. On 7th march we cancelled the ticket as we received information that all aircosta flights were cancelled. Requesting a refund past six months. Booking agent (Mmt) says that they are not yet got any amount from airlines and couldn't process my refund.

I have booked flight ticket from ahmedabad to bangalore for 9th april through via.com and i got email from aircosta has my flight got cancelled.
After flight got cancelled, i did many followup with aircosta and dgca in last 5 months, but till today 30th july i did not get my refund.

Aircosta has taken almost 5 months and still i did not get refund for cancelled flight.

How to get refund back from aircosta?br...

I have booked aircosta flight Hyderabad to Ahmadabad on 10 March 16:40. I got message on 8 march by SMS that it has been cancelled. After that I mailed so many times and made phone calls to customer care. Initially they reverted that please wait 20-25 days. but after that they stopped replying. and no reply on mail and call not attended for even after a hour of waiting.

My flight air costa lb-lb695 from visakhapatnam to hyderabad on march 6 2017 has been cancelled and still there is no refund to me. I have called customer care yet no response. This is very frustrating as 80 days is too long time for any refund policy and the response from customer care is very annoying. Need some help.

I booked 2 air tickets for my wife and my son from Aircosta website (www.aircosta.in) on 10th February, 2017 (for travel date: 2nd May, 2017, PNR: 02SS4Z, E-Ticket number:[protected]. Aircosta has closed their operations and confirmed the full refund. But, I did not receive any refund from Aircosta till now. It is been more than 2 month of flight cancellation date.
Could you please help....

We booked air costs ticket through their site to travel from vtz-hyd on march 5th but received cancellation message from them on mar-3rd. Since then onwards, i am waited for a refund and haven't received it. Every time when i get in touch with them they just tell that i will get it in 20 days. This is not the only case with me there are thousand of people wait for a refund and if we don't get it in right time it to be a big scan. Kindly help...

I made a booking with air costa from bangalore to jaipur for march 1st, 2017 through makemytrip.

The pnr was 02sw07 and mmt booking id was nf[protected].

Though the flight got cancelled and customer care people told that they will issue full refund, i have not been able to get my money back yet. I have been following up with makemytrip and they do not have any update. They just keep saying...
