This company is a broadband providing company...
My broadband connection is not working since one month and customer care center always tell me that "tomorrow ur problam will short out"
But their tomorrow is not yet come...

We are an existing customer of airlink broadband since past many years, but from last few months we are facing regular internet connectivity issues. I had already raised the concern to the air link office multiple times around more than a month ago with complaint id - [protected], but yet the problem is not resolved and every time i call the team just makes promise of getting the issue resolved asap.

I have internet connection at my home. My internet service provider name is airlink communication pvt ltd surat. I have call them several times regarding my internet connection problem. But they didn't have informed me properly and there customer executive doesn't talk in well behaviour. Now when i am requiesting them for providing me my refund they are telling me that you have prepaid plan so we can not help. Now issue is they are not providing...

Airlink india is providing very poor net services. After every 2-3 days, there is no net connectivity and on calling they give two reasons only always:
1. There is some technical problem going on
2. Our executive will visit and solve...

All this are # reasons of taking money and not providing services. Not only this, but for shifting of address and installing at new place, they charge 1000/- even if it is in next...
