Airtel always says his network is very fast network in india from othernetwork, but in our area the 3g/4g internet speed is very poor i cant do any internet works because of that network, i already paid for 70days pack so my money is going to waste, as a student i am very sad, i think airtel should quit from giving network services to people, and it is conclude that airtel is a cheater, so please give me a compensation to me....

Hi,
I started using airtel 3g in jan 2014, at that time they were doing promo of this service in patna.
* very nice service in beginning
* 2.5 mbps download
* customer care take responses and fix the issues
* quick connectivity with server
After 3 -4 months the scenario is:
* takes half an hour to connect
* after running 20 mins it gets disconnected
* customer care not ready to note complaints
* nodal office - no...
