In my aisen rapid cooler water pump is not working. I bought it from rahimabad previous year in june.It is not working well. I am trying on your customer care number but it is doing nothing. So please call me this is my mobile number [protected].My address is purani bazaar rahimabad, malihabad, lucknow. I am buy it from zibran electronics at rahimabad bazaar. I purchased Aise n yuva plus air cooler from
Value plus Mahagun mall Vaishali Ghaziabad.
I was told the capacity of tank is 35 liters.
Even the company claims that yuva plus has 34 lit
Tank.This is totally false claim by dealer and the co.The actual capacity is less than 20 liters.
Tha company is befooling the public and cheating the public
The customer care of company was contacted to
Lodge complaint.They said should contact the
Dealer but later on said that they have registered
My complaint.The dealer and the company both
Are unaware about the capacity although they claim it to be 35 liters.Since I feel cheated I would
Like to return the cooler and total amount paid
Be refunded to me

From 5 days cooler is not working please send someone for repairing cooler as fast you can.

Very bad cooler
We bought a new cooler from aisen which has touch pad on its top for smooth working . But only after one month it stops working . Not a single sensor is working properly . I want this problem to be fixed as soon as possible.
