Booked tickets for senior citizens without care

We booked a ticket for 14 members on 07-aug-2014 from akbar travels kozhikode in the train no. 12735. for a journey on 5 oct 2014 from secundarabad to yeswanthpur. They booked all the tickets without any care and all our seats were scattered and were in different compartments. and even the 3 senior citizens in our group were not given a lower berth. there were option for selection of berth at the time of booking and also there was an option...

collection too much fare A, datechange

BEWARE ......
some time airline fare is too low from hosting sites. if we book the ticket on http://www.akbartravelsonline.com/, unfortunatly we want change or reshedule. they collecting too much from us.. be ware and directly airline change/reschedule is not posible. let us make case on consumer court againt the airline, the airline and akbar travels making some agreement to this type of process.. so we ccare...

DELAY IN REFUND

I booked a ticket on 17/09/2010 afternoon through akbartravelsonline.com for journey on 18/09/2010 via GOAIR.
I cancelled the ticket in night by calling to GOAIR. GOAIR people told me to call akbartravelsonline as they were the agent and they said they will send money to them.
I called up akbartravelsonline team, they asked me to mail. I mailed and following was their response :
