Hello sir/madam/alfa elevators‚
I am one of your frustrated consumer. It shocked me first hand that builders could actually offer to their consumers such a kind of lifts.
1. Lifts that operates with truck engine making noise whole day and night‚ so that people can not even sleep properly.
2.Lifts that needs a break of 2 days after every 5 days of work. ( effect of IT industry may be)
3. And above all alfa service person takes...

Residential Elevators( Lift) Breakdown every day

Alfa Elevators Has provided Lift ( Elevator) for 6 storied building ( Nakshatra Apartmet )in Akurdi Pune, its design and PLC control system is very poor. It gets breakdown almost every day and its service engineers are not able to findout root cause also.
From day one of installation lift has not run smoothly. Needs immedieate solution from manufacturer.
Manufaurer is also not willing to resole issue permanantly...

Faulty Lift

We are living in Balaji Greens Society, Dhayari, Pune. Builder has Install Lift Alfa Elevators in our society.
Now, we are living since 1/12 Years in this society. The Lift is of very low quality. Within a week 2-3 times the Lift not works. The level of the lift is also not maintained.
We had asked the Builder for removing the existing Lift & Install New Lift. But, he denies.
We had asked to give the Back...
