i booked 6 flat in alliance nirman ltd in 2007 till now no any flat ready and no money refund ,i have already contact in Delhi office but no any suitable answer ,after 2 year 2009 company give me 2 check but both are bounced ,now 2012 but no any solution ..........i m very depressed

I have booked a Flat in Feb 2008 with Alliance Nirmaan Ltd. builder in Cedar highs Classic Project Rudrapur. I have paid the booking amount Rs 199000/- and after that till now the builder has not demanded any other payment but also not have started the work on my flat. I booked a flat in Cedar highs Classic Project, Rudrapur in Feb 2008 and paid the booking amount Rs. 1,99000/-. The possession date of the flat was 15 months from the date of booking but till now the construction of the building is yet not started in which I have my flat. I talked to many people in alliance office and everyone said that due to various reasons this project is delayed and when I asked about the penalty, nobody returned back....

I HAD BOOKED TWO PLOTS OF 200 SQ YDS EACH IN BLOCK-A, "ALLIANCE CITY ONE" AND I PAID 50% OF PLOT PAYMENT, I WAS ALLOTED PLOT NO ALSO, BUT ON PHYSICAL VERIFICATION I WAS SURPRISED TO NOTE THAT LOCATION OF BLOCK-A, AS MENTIONED IN THE "ORIGINAL LAYOUT PLAN" PROVIDED TO US DOES NOT EXISTS AND THAT PIECE OF LAND BELONGS TO SOME OTHER PARTY/INDIVIDUAL, AND ALTERNATIVELY WHAT THEY ARE OFFERING (VERBALLY, BY THEIR EXECUTIVES)...

I and my relatives have booked 4 flats with Alliance Nirman at Rudrapur.I've been paying visit to their office at Barakhamba regularly but in vain.I'm planning to go for legal action and waiting for the support of the people,who've suffered likewise.If we people join hands,we can involve media as well.My contact tel : [protected]....

I have invested for a flat in Cedar Highs in Rudarpur and invested Rs 2.25 lakh for a 1100 sft flat.It has been almost 2 years that no construction has come up . The builder has withdrawn this category of flat from this apartment as per their advertisment on their official website. I am requesting for refund but no response. Pl help. I need the money badly and have left my job also.
