This is With Reference to My Gas Connection No: J18267 lying with Alok Gas Agency, Najafgarh, Delhi Phone:[protected].
I had booked gas cylinder on dated 20-Feb-2015 By SMS and the Ref No. is[protected]. Till 11 March 2015 Gas Cylinder is not delivered by the Gas Agency and when we want to contact agency all phone ringing or busy and no body attending customer calls.
I request you look this matter asap.

Sub :Non receiving of Telephone calls
This is With Reference to my (LPG) Bharat Gas Connection with Alok Gas Service, Najafgarh, New Delhi.. Phone:[protected].
Since last many days I call to above nos. but no body picks phone.
My experience with Alok Gas Service, Najafgarh is very bad. The attitude of the staff is very unfriendly to the customers.

I am a resident of 450,dr. mukarji nagar delhi 110009,Everytime I book my LPG cylinder with ALOK GAS AGENCY shop no.1,c-14,model town,delhi 110009.
For the last two months I am booking my LPG cylinder but I am not receiving it.For your reference I booked my cylinder on 7th of march 2010 it is a computerised booking they have given me 87 no. It means my gas has been booked but I did'nt received that cylinder...
