I purchased a couple package on alpfly which stated 10 tickets at 36999 anywhere and anytime in india with t&c’s apply.
Alpfly never gave me the tickets stating that they don’t have invetory, not a single ticket has been issued nor my money has been refunded. This is th biggest scam in the travel portal sector as there are many other victims like me who got scammed...

On 19/7/2017 purchased on line a block of 10 air lines ticket by paying rs.26999/- plus rs.499/- (Demanded to issue the ticket over phone/e-mails) to avail within a year time which will be issued before 7 days of journey and confirmation will be done 48 hours before the schedule journey, this is as per the star plan of which only i was allowed to avail 2 tickets from kolkata to ahmadabad there after no ticket issued so far reasons due to...

I bought a star package last year in september from them. They issued me 4 tickets, where promised to give me 10 tickets and a hotel stay. I need justice in this case. If you could help me getting my refund.

I also raised tickets in the month of april which was not processed. There are two more tickets raised for july. I got a reply saying inventory out of stock. How can it be? Please help

I am a customer of alpfly who were operating travel services offering discounted air tickets. I bought two packages worth 21999 and 31999 for 10 and 15 tickets respectively. The company has stopped its operations 4 months back and has not refunded the amount collected in advance from me towards air tickets. I had taken an alpfly couple package being offered by alpfly after reading all the terms and conditions, but alpfly has cheated me and every time i book a ticket through there package then the deny the booking request and dont even process the refund. Now they are not even replying either via email or even the phone calls. Despite repeated requests they have not processed my refund. Please help me get out of this situation....

This company called "alplfly" is such a fraudster. I bought the scheme of rs 25, 000 and they only issues me 1st 2 tickets out of the 10 tickets in the scheme. From the month of jan 2018, they cancelled all my bookings and inspite of giving my bank account details and never received the refund till date. Today they are reachable via the "customer help number".
Please if any one has been a victim of the same incident lets unite and...

Alpfly is totally scam they are not refunding the money for the tickets not booked and while subscribing the deal for rs 32, 000 no such condition was mentioned that if case of inventory not available or all such.

They have looted the customer. This is totally fraud.

Tickets they couldn’t provide, my brother is in delhi so went to office personally in december 2017 to ask tickets, but they told refund of full package will be given in 60 days. But no refund is done and now there is no office. They have closed the office and ran away. I have all emails what they have sent me about refund and others....

I paid rs. 36000 under family class of service related to ten flight tickets. Initially i had booked five tickets. But now they are not taking my requests for tickets. Whenever i'm trying to book tickets they are replying like inventory are not available and company will return you the proportionate amount for respective tickets.

Alpfly promised to offer cheap flight tickets thru some scheme and conditions. They are registered under company act having board of directors. Alpfly is a flight booking company with which i paid rs37999/- to buy 10 ticket at a time. 1 month back i booked two ticket and they are declined and asked me to return my two ticket booking amount within 10 days. But one month passed i could not receive my amount and whenever i call they say its on process.

I tried to book a ticket on 30th december from alpfly from bangalore to bagdogra where there is a transaction failure due to which the money (Rs 10, 137) got deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not issued. Based on my experience from these transaction failures from other travel or consumer portals like makemytrip or amazon i the money gets refunded to the account maximum by 72 hours. Please be informed that this c ompany #alpfly is circulating air travel packages at cheap rates. Do not trust them, not even their written agreement as it's full of lies and deceit. They will not give you any ticket and harassment only they can offer you by pocketing your money. Give this money to a needy and poor but don't allow this company to cheat you.

We had made a request on the system, which has been accepted readily, had it not been accepted, i would have placed the request for 1st of november 2017. So, there has been no extra effort or any special consideration or favour from your end.

Earlier the request was made for 27/10/17, which you people denied stating a holiday 'chat puja', which was not mentioned in the list of holidays provided at the time of purchasing the...

While taking the membership at alpfly, they commited they will provide time preference while booking the ticket.
Now they are refusing to give time preference for travel while booking the ticket.
And also, there representative not picking the call from registered mobile number, but when i am calling from some other number their representative answered the call and after knowing that i am there registered member they disconnect...

They dont pick up calls, respond to emails or even make an effort to do what they were made to do: give people their ticket details. You have to run after them call them again and again till they pick up atleast once and try and get your ticket details. Also they would deactivate your account as and when they want and then blame it on you. Poor management, poor service. Worst place to put your money in....

They have collected money saying they will provide tickets for rs. 2199, 3199 & 3499 and so on.
Similar offers are for hotels too.
I have paid the amount and their services is pathetic, it's gives tension, somehow i want to utilise my money.
They don't provide tickets, they are not promt.
I suggest no one take this offers, untill they prove them self's.

Alpfly dont keep the promises. They agreed to provide direct tickets to anywhere in india. But in practice they provide 3 tickets to fly delhi-calcutta also waiting hours are around 24. I have paid additional to book another ticket, but they have taken one my ticket from the 10 ticket package. I want my ticket back as i have paid additional money on this.

T’s a trap indeed! My father purchased their flight package & gave up without exhausting the rest of tickets, the worst part they drop the bomb a day before when all your bookings are done.. Instead of 1 single flight, they gave 3 flights which took 14 hours instead of 2 hours to reach the destination & this has happened twice with him.
