I have subscribed to tinkle magazine + digest pack on 5/10/2014, my subscription number is :ACK 90565 my name being Ishaan Saini, c/o Prakash Restaurant, chowkidinghee, Dibrugarh, Assam.But I want to inform you that I am not receiving my pack(Digest +Magazine) since two months, apart from this i have not received the magazine since January 2015 although i have subscribed for both magazine and digest .
So i request you to look into the matter...

The complaint is marked as resolved when a company has responded to the complainant, addressed his or her dissatisfaction, and came to an agreement where both parties agreed that the complaint is indeed resolved. "BEWARE WHO ARE ORDERING WITH ACK, THINK TWICE"
Please take care while ordering ACK Subscriptions or TINKLE extra from ACK- India. Because they don't deliver properly and their will new inventions daily when u ask about the same. I am posting here all correspondenses between me and ACK below which is self explanatory:
