I have a charge on my credit card bill dated 7/18/2018 for 57.05. All it says is amazon.com amazon.com/bill wa i have no idea what this is about. My credit card has a charge for $57.05 dated 7/18/2018 i don't know what this means as i can't find anything i charged anywhere on my amazon order account. I would like this amount to be deducted from my credit card account as i have canceled that card but still owe the $57.05 as a charge....

I have received in damaged/ broken product of shopo's knife set with wooden chopping board set of 6 & my order no:[protected].

After receiving product, immediately filed return request, at that time, they ask me wait two days for sending the sticker from the seller for returning the product but later on they send me mail on[protected], as per return policy time is over for returning the product.
