28 January I ordered 3 product from Amazon each of RS 399. Out of 3 product . I returned 2 of them which of RS 798.order number is 404-[protected].and the refund reference number is 30005110211021103611406...

I had ordered a Tarpaulin worth around Rs 1250 back in March 2020, the package has not be delivered to me till date. I had reached out to the Amazon customer care several times and assured a refund each time, but in vain....

I have purchased Inalsa air fryer on 21 sep 2020 of amount INR 3510. I have made the payment through my debit card but there was some issue at amazon end & the product was not delivered to me and amazon themselves iniciated the refund of the above amount dated 1 oct 2010.They have advise that the amount was credited to my debit card.

But till date i have not received the payment from amazon...

I am amazon prime subscriber, recently my amazon account has been hacked and i don't have further access of my account from 09/07/2020. For every setting purpose an otp is being sent to a mobile number which is totally an unknown, i haven't changed my personal mobile number yet but without my concern the mobile number has changed. I am trying hard to raised complain to amazon team but there is no suitable email...

I have purchased iphone xr on 28 sep amazon sale but amazon send me defective or re-furbished phone. When i raise a complain then they saying, can't do anything.
First i thought this is normal dust or finger, but later on it's showing something diff. Like air in screen so i went to apple service center to check whats the problem

I ordered lg 19 inch hd ready monitor from amazon on 16 june.
It was never delivered. I raised investigation request about my order. I continually contacted amazon customer care for updates. They said investigation is under process. They never contacted me or my mother (To whom i delivered the monitor) during investigation.

On last day on investigation today, i called them, they are saying investigation report says...

I bought a OnePlus 7 on Amazon which was defective. I raised replacement request following which a technician came to inspect and ok-ed for replacement.
