Billing issue

Hi,

I have issue with AMEX card bill which is charged in AMEX card from Bastion Hotel in Almere, Netherland. In Baiston hotel I paid my bill in cash 942.50 Euro but 1 day before my check in date Baiston hotel deducted 500 Euro from AMEX card without my knowledge. I that case 500 Euro paid 2 times i paid in cash and 1 day before they deducted automatically. It's not correct and in that case why i should pay again to AMEX...

Late payment charges

I have paid the bill before on time, using HDFC Net banking, the money as been dedueced from my account but late payment fine as been acounted on me and there asking for money with interested, which i already payed.
Pls revet back the fine and clear my credits
