[protected] had placed order at 7.45 for two regular biryanis and requested for home delivery at ammis biryani hsr layout and the order was confirmed.
When v try calling number was not getting dialled but finally could connected
Gave the number to check he said on the way
But the delivery of biryani was not made may be the person who took order has misguided the delivery boy
I request please don't make the colustomer...

Ordered hyderabadi chicken biryani in bulk for a party on 19th of july 2016. 5 out of 18 boxes had stale biryani which could not be eaten. It was an embarrassing situation in front of my guests who left with a bad impression about ammi's biryani. When i complained, they refused to accept their mistake or reimburse the money. Will never order from here again.

Hi, today(19/06/2016) evening i have visited one of Ammis Branch which is in Marathalli Bridge, Bangalore, have ordered for Chicken and Panner Rolls, he said "Kadai" is not working so unable to sever the item, and again said, except biryani no item is available, then ordered for 2 egg biryani after that the person said, water is not available .

Is this the service you are providing, only one item and that too without water,...

I placed an order at around 7:30 p. M. On 26/05/2016 via food panda app. Actual time of delivery as stated in the app was 60 mins. Hence expected time of delivery should have been 8:30 p. M.

Woow finally it got delivered at 9:40 p. M. The food was 100% stale, cold.

Is it the service ammi's biryani gives. When asked to cancel the order he says it can't be cancelled. Further with an attitude he says i will pay...

Hi My name is Tharun i have been complaining since 2 months on 7 orders of Ammis biriyani abt the packing issues but the action was only abt the replacing the order but never solved the problem each order resolution cannot be a replacing the order its also abt keeping your own words not making same mistakes again and again but hope they don't understand it so decided not order in future but let others know abt it because calling them is useless...

Today I ordered Hyderabadi veg biryani and chicken tikka.my order no.341798 from vidyaranyapura, bangalore at 11 am...I found a small stone in biryani and the biryani tastes so bad and even chicken tikka is one of worst quality and it tastes so bad...ammis biryani is one of the worst biryani one could ever taste in there life time and waste of money...and it is suitable to throw to the dustbin....
