Tr id-74332740185018410399616dt03072020is not refund in my a/c...

Mein ne welding machine 200amps ka returned next day pick up the product.
But i got a massage on 8-8-2019 ke ap ka amount rs 4, 199/processed successful. App ke account mein[protected] ko reflect ho ga but aisa nahi hua. Us ka refund reference no[protected]. Hai. Aur my atm rupay card no ke last 4digits 5397. Pl mera refund jaldi kariye....

I made my payment in to my bank of baroda debit atm car on 3rd april. I don't no get my money in my account yet maximum one month done till now don't get my refund. I was call in amazon center they told that money was initiates on your account number is [protected]. I request more than 4 times but they didn't reply so i humble request to solve my problem as soon as possible...

I'm p. Thiyagarajan i had purchased mobile phone (Lenovo vibe k4 note black 16gb) on 3.1.2017 our ref no :[protected] rs.10999/-.
After one month i have problem on that phone that's why i was contact amazon customer care. They are told me to send a person for collect it and then they are accept for amount refund.
On feb 2017 they were send a person and collect my phone after that i give my bank account details...
