Amtrust is a fraud company. The behavior of the workers there too bad. I bought techno phone from home credits. That phone had amrust's insurance. But when my phone was damaged, amtrust rejected my claim. Amtrust said that my father in law was using the mobile and therefore the claim was rejected. But i did not see any of these written in the teams and conditions they gave us. But when they ask me for the amount i paid, they are not ready...

It has been 15 days since the pick up has been scheduled. Though i have contacted customer care many times, the pick up has not been picked up. I reside in a well established resindential area and my network is always available, making excuses and no will to pickup. Whenever i tried customer care giving some reason.
