Hello po..Ako po si Gng.Kristine Alao n kumuha po ng Tablet Huawei M5 Lite last year s SM Lucena City last june 16 2020 at ipinasok q s Home Credit n inalok aq ng insurance pr s tablet n kinuha q bli po ang pangyayari po ay kninang umaga april 29 ay n charge ng anak q ung tablet (pangalawa qng anak)pero dhi s kalikutan ng bunso qng anak ay sumabit ung wire ng charger s anak q at nbatak ang charger at biglang aksidente n bumagsak ang tablet...

Actually sir my Phn is not working properly as when I m using it with camera, WhatsApp, Instagram then automatically its switch off .and also when I charge its then its working....

Amtrust mobile is very bad company becoz they do not have coordination in their management they don't value the customer so it is adviced for everyone that please not take insurance of that company it is very bad company and it's is 3 rd party partner of homecredit

I have purchased a phone on 20th april 2018 and took an insurance for that phone from "amtrust mobile solutions". On 12th december i met with an accident and my phone got break, i have called amtrust and they took my phone for repair and after 16 to 17 days they have sent my phone back to me but that phone wasn't repaired well, then i again sent my phone to amtrust on 5th january 2019 and they said you will get your phone within 14 days......

Ipaparepair ko po sana tong cp ko naupuan po kase siya nabasag yung screen nya at nagkaroon ng dead pixels, at mejo nayupi siya.. Pero soft touch pa din po siya, sana po mabigyan pansin tong complaint ko, hindi ko po makuntak yung mga contact numbers niyo, hindi rin ako makapag. Log in sa portal niyo laging incorrect imei kahit tama naman nilalagay ko.....

Nahulog yung phone ko last december 15 and wala panh 2 feet yung taas nya tapos ayaw nya na mag open. Then i found out na lcd yung sira. So nag punta ako ng homecredit and ask them ano pwedeng gawin so sabi nila tawagan daw kayo sa hot. Line nyo wala naman pong sumasagot i also try din yung ibang number wala namang sumasagot. Pano po kaya gagawin dito sa phone ko? May mga important files kasi ako dito ehh. Salamat po...

Nahulog yung phone ko last dec. 15 and bigla nalang hindi na nag bukas. I ask sa homecredit kung pano gagawin and sabi nila contakin daw kayo sa hot lines nyo wala namang sumasagot. Aksidenteng nahulog yung cellphone ko nung may nag over take samin habang nakasakay ako sa tricycle kaya nabasag yung camera lens mapapalitan po kaya ito o maipapagawa pa? Hindi pa naman tapos hulugan ito sa home credit. Pero nung nagpunta ang tita ko sabi wala daw kaming nakasave na file doon. Wala raw yung record kaya ako nag message dito. Salamat....

Sobrang nakaka disappoint ng services nyo!!

Almost 60 days na nung pinick up nyo yung phone ko until now wala man lang update kung mapapalitan pa ba yung cellphone ko. Puro lang pangako na tatawagan pero hanggang ngayon wala sinisira nyo tiwala ng tao pati pera namin nasasayang sa sobrang tagal ng service nyo... Pwedeng pwede na kayo ireklamo sa ginagawa nyo...

Hapon po ng linggo hiniram ng aking anak ang aking cellphone sa kadahilanan na gagamitin po ito sa kanyang trabaho para sa mobile app timer dahil ito ay nag re-referee. Ganap na ala 1 po ng madaling araw ng linggo kasalukuyang pauwi po ng trabaho ang aking anak ng aksidenteng nalalag ang aking cellphone sa daan at kasamaang palad nagulungan pa ito ng motor....

On 23rd of september i gave my oppo a83 for repairing i have taken a insurance service of amtrust mobile solutions when i have purchased the mobile. My mobile brokened in accident i have gave my mobile for repairing to this complaint they told me that we will repair and return your phone in 10 working days i have still waited for 20 working days and they keep me ignoring and giving me date and date

My mobile phone is damage because of accident.i claim the insurance and contact with your company and they told me that they send me mail for my insurance claim.but after registering complain 5 day is fine but I didn't get your email.so show me the way that how can I get my registration complete and claim my insurance.i call every day to your customer care executive but every day they tell me that we send the email already but I didn't get...

I am very disappoint to your services,

First of, all the claim process getting 1 month

After repair my phone will stop working in 1 month,

And support center says the claim allowed only one time!

Thay are fraud, service is slow, like sloth,

Thay don't deserve amtrust name

1 star! If it can be 0 stars, the worst service of all time. I do not recommend amtrust mobile solution atall...

They picked up my nokia6 on 10th august 18, and now its 3rd sept. 18, i haven't recieved any calls, sms or email regarding my phone, even i am unable to login on there customer service login it says that no pilicy track found.

And when i called there customer support team, a girl picked up a call...

Samsung phone got damaged and amrust declared that the phone can not be repaired and also told that extra rs 1200 will need to be submitted and then a new phone redmi5 will be given in place of samsung reason being samsung phone is currently not in stock. Somehow extra rs 1200 paid to amtrust and still new phone i. E. Redmi 5 is not received, nor they are telling when i can expect to receive the phone. It has been more than a week since payment...

Amtrust is fake. Becoz, i have been claim my insurance,, when my mobile, got damaged,, after 15dags my mobile was reached amtrust, with a new display, it also, lightly, strached., and it also. Duplicate display, i got a feedback call from amtrust,, i replied my, problem,, but i di not a solution, from, them,, and when, i was complain before 5days ago, the, insurance date has been completed they have been mailed mee,

my phone was claimed and after the claim they took the phone and i got my phone back in 14days approx.. and i noticed that the screen was no original and when i complained about it they picked up my phone on 17th of june 2018 and then they send me a wrong phone (someone elses phone) approx 10 days after the pickup.. then i again called to then they told me to send pictures and videos of the phone(someone others) and i did so.....

Ur services are pathetic, got my phone after claim registration but speaker not working, u took around more then 15 days to repair but still speaker voice is cracking... U guys r fraud and pathetic.. Even customer care executive are worst...imei no. [protected], registered no. [protected], house no. 41 next Mohan garden shankar dairy uttam nagar..its a fake company even the phone display they have repaired as they say it's quality is pathetic......

I am not happy with the insurance service at all. The display was of local quality, fitting was not done properly and there was a crack on the display.

I had been patient for more than one month but didn't get what i expected. I want you to take immediate action and my phone vivo v5s replaced asap.

Please revert back with an update on the issue.

I have insured my phone at the time of purchase.in an accident my phone display got break. I go for insurance, they pick up my phone bt they only changed its glass. They have not changed its display still it is full black. Not they are not replying to my mails. And still i am unable to use my phone. They take 15 days in this process including pickup till delivery but still it is not repaired. I dont know when you are going to take action....
