Hello po..Ako po si Gng.Kristine Alao n kumuha po ng Tablet Huawei M5 Lite last year s SM Lucena City last june 16 2020 at ipinasok q s Home Credit n inalok aq ng insurance pr s tablet n kinuha q bli po ang pangyayari po ay kninang umaga april 29 ay n charge ng anak q ung tablet (pangalawa qng anak)pero dhi s kalikutan ng bunso qng anak ay sumabit ung wire ng charger s anak q at nbatak ang charger at biglang aksidente n bumagsak ang tablet pgpulot q basag ang kaliwang bahagi ng tablet s taas n bhagi at malalim ang basag nya kita n ang loob ng tablet..den ng punta aq knina mga 4pm s SM Lucena City kng saan q kinuha ang tablet ng anak q at ang instruction nl ski ay mg log in aq s portal ng amtrustmobilesolutions..sk po aq ay updated s pgbbyad ng homecredit s ktunayan po ay advance p po..salamat po..nawa po ay mrecieve po agad ang aking complaint salamat po

Actually sir my Phn is not working properly as when I m using it with camera, WhatsApp, Instagram then automatically its switch off .and also when I charge its then its working.

How to avail your phone insurance? Sna po mg reply kyo at sna imessage nyo nmn kmi. Nagbyad kmi tpz hnd nmn pla to too please. Nmn mhal p nmn ng unit. Amtrust. Balik nyo nlng bayad nmin. Paiikutin nyo lng kmi. Dpat dun miami pinalitan nyo na. Kc bayad nmn kmi s inyo. At s dti pki check nmn po class salamat po at sna. Mkta at mbsa nila ang lahat ng complain. At maaksyunan

Amtrust mobile is very bad company becoz they do not have coordination in their management they don't value the customer so it is adviced for everyone that please not take insurance of that company it is very bad company and it's is 3 rd party partner of homecredit
I have given a my phone j8 infinety for claim on 29 jan and i have received the on 14 feb but interesting thing the phone was receive by me was not my phone they give me j7 duo i called the customer on that same day but simply said sry and said we will take action in 48 hours but today's s 20th feb no action was taken... I have mailed videos of phone documents everything they tell to me to mail at their mail... But everytime i call on customer care they tell that same thing we will take action in 48 hours... Funny thing they have never ending 48 hours and interesting thing they do not value their customer... So it is advisable not to take amtrust mobile solutions insurance or the insurance offer by homecredit becoz this is the company who is the partner of homecredit and mange the insurance part.

Please accept my complain regarding my phone na accidentally nahulog sa trisikel nung pababa ako.. sana poh maaksyunan ninyo agad. mahigit 1 month na wla pa ring aksyon.. maeexpire na insurance wla pa ring nangyayari... my last payment this month of february and i hope na masolusyonan nyo nman.. im hoping for positive response..

I have purchased a phone on 20th april 2018 and took an insurance for that phone from "amtrust mobile solutions". On 12th december i met with an accident and my phone got break, i have called amtrust and they took my phone for repair and after 16 to 17 days they have sent my phone back to me but that phone wasn't repaired well, then i again sent my phone to amtrust on 5th january 2019 and they said you will get your phone within 14 days... But it have been 40 days and they are not sending my phone back to me... Every time i write a mail or call them... They have only one answer that "we need 48 hours".
They are not even saying that when i will get my phone back... I am calling them for more than 15 days

Ipaparepair ko po sana tong cp ko naupuan po kase siya nabasag yung screen nya at nagkaroon ng dead pixels, at mejo nayupi siya.. Pero soft touch pa din po siya, sana po mabigyan pansin tong complaint ko, hindi ko po makuntak yung mga contact numbers niyo, hindi rin ako makapag. Log in sa portal niyo laging incorrect imei kahit tama naman nilalagay ko..

Kailangan ko po ipaayos ang cp ko nalaglag po ito sa aking cp holder habang ako ay nagmamaneho kaya nabasag ang lcd ng phone ko at hindi na gumagana, ito nmn po ay within warranty pa under home credit ano po ba ang procedure para dito, sayang naman kase kung di ko magagamit yung warranty nito

Nahulog yung phone ko last december 15 and wala panh 2 feet yung taas nya tapos ayaw nya na mag open. Then i found out na lcd yung sira. So nag punta ako ng homecredit and ask them ano pwedeng gawin so sabi nila tawagan daw kayo sa hot. Line nyo wala naman pong sumasagot i also try din yung ibang number wala namang sumasagot. Pano po kaya gagawin dito sa phone ko? May mga important files kasi ako dito ehh. Salamat po

Nahulog yung phone ko last dec. 15 and bigla nalang hindi na nag bukas. I ask sa homecredit kung pano gagawin and sabi nila contakin daw kayo sa hot lines nyo wala namang sumasagot. Kelan po pwede maayos tong phone ko. I have some important files kasi lcd yung sira nung phone ano po kayang pwedeng aksyong yung magagawa nyo po? Salamat po sana maayos po kagad

Nabasa po sa ulan yung Phone ko hindi na gumagana yung sim 1 tapos nag moist rin yung Back Camera nya at yung Charging nya nawawala bigla plss paki sagot naman yung tawag namin kasi kailangan ko ang mga file ko dito importante kasi Plss

Aksidenteng nahulog yung cellphone ko nung may nag over take samin habang nakasakay ako sa tricycle kaya nabasag yung camera lens mapapalitan po kaya ito o maipapagawa pa? Hindi pa naman tapos hulugan ito sa home credit. Pero nung nagpunta ang tita ko sabi wala daw kaming nakasave na file doon. Wala raw yung record kaya ako nag message dito. Salamat.
