I had bought samsung galaxy s9+ phone from reliance digital an month ago and had bought an insurance for it worth rs.10, 000. After 15 days the phone got damaged by an accident. I registered the complaint and got a claim for it, but i got documents of different person so i contacted reliance digital again. After 6 days i got correct documents and i submitted everything online. Then after three days of giving the documents the person came to pickup my phone. And told me that it would take about 8 days for phone to come back, but now its been 11 days the phone has been taken.

It is my kind request to you to solve this problem.

With the bitter experience i have got from your company on the claim i have made, i am decided to follow these followng steps one by one,

1. I would like to take it forward to all the top management in your company so that they could see hopw bad the service is

2. This issue will be expalined to all people in social media so that no one will prefer the amtrust in the future for their mobile insurance

3. I will not pay the amount, emi to home credit since it is of no use. Let them come legally.

4. I am filing a case with the consumer court about this issue with all my supporting documents, recordings and emails. And lets meet in the court

My mobile handset of gionee mi a1 has gone through a small accident. And screen is damaged i filed my claim for the insurance that i took while the purchase of the handset from the mobilestore arora telecom a-4/225 sector 4 rohini delhi 110085, the accident took place on 11th may 2018 in the market at my home. I gave a call to the toll free no.[protected] on 13th may 2018. The executive told me to send some required documents and filed the claim form for me. Later i received a mail mentioning the list of documents i need to send on email and by post. But i did not receive any documents several times i called up and every time executive they are sending some document to filled up but there was no any document i received. So i decided to mail my complaint at [protected]@amtrustmobilesolutions.in.

I request to repair my handset as quick as possible.

I bought samsung j7 pro on 1 jan with amtrust insurance financed by home credit. My phone's display has been damaged and i filled for claim and submitted all the documents also. My phone got damaged on 22 april and i filled the claim on 25th. The cause of delay is non working amtrust's online claim portal. I have communicated the same to the representative but now they have rejected my claim saying u have filled claim after 48 hrs.

Hi team,

I got really frustrated with india help line center as they are not providing any help.

They are just refusing to take any action regarding the insurance claim.

I inform them that my mobile display was not working properly. So first they ask me submit all detail with samsung care estimated fare paper and claim details and after one day they mailed that you claim was declined by our team.

Kindly help as they are just harassing the customers.

Please help me, in the month of january i bought a mobile phone from a local store (Aaa communication) and paid a sum amount for insurance and now at the time of claim they are not taking any action.

They are just giving me dates and saying "you have to wait for next 24- 48 working hours", each and every time i give them the call.

Please help me if you can

My phone is damaged and crack complaint as result display change but different from original one low lighting and blur screen than screen damaged as encircle and image after giving handover back side scratches no change in back cover so I request you to please take again and change my whole outer body and resolve display problem please these time repair carefully

I have purchase a mobile vivo v5 2016 at 20th feb 2017 @ rs.17980/ and i have take insurance from am thrust mobile solutions.
My mobile has been theft by someone. I have make complains respective company at 20th oct 2017 but i did not get insured amount till now. I make so many calls their costumer care they are saying every time please wait 24 hrs to 48 hrs.

This complaint is regarding for complaint against a fraud insurance company "amtrust mobiles solutions" through which i purchased a insurance for my mobile at the cost of inr 1700.
