I purchased a pink gown and was sent a yellow gown instead. Anix Mart said they would pick up the yellow dress and send the pink one. I tried contacting them to no avail. They still have not done the exchange like they said they would....

Sent yellow instead of pink. Said they would send pink but never did. It has been more than 4 months....

I had ordered one lehnga of rs. 2200/ from an Instagram account her style Bazar (fake account now not picking up the calls also), later I found out from customer care number that it is actually got delivered Anix mart they delivered the product in Just 2 days but they sent a cheap quality product.
after opening it I put a request for a refund but they are giving some vague excuses & are not cooperating for the last 25 days.

I had ordered a dress which they told will be fully stitched but it was not and the quality was very bad not even worth 10% the amount.

I have ordered a dress from insta page women's vastralay. The saree I received was totally different then wt I have ordered they said they will exchange but not responding properly very worst company cheating people and playing with them....

Defect product not replace last two month every time giving me 5 day from last two month, I will complete on other side also because my problem not solve last 2 month...

The dress that we ordered as per the FB post is no way in connection with what we received!! worst quality, it doesnt even look like what we ordered. I don't even use it to clean my car.. such a horrible seller is this Anix Mart.

This company is worst ever they will send u bad quality and wrong stuff and then will not go ahead and agree that they did and u just stuck with it … there should be legal action taken against this company...

Hi I have ordered a designer saree from this seller via contacting his facebook seller page. He delivered the saree after 6 days and i paid Rs 2250 to him.
But when we checked the packet the saree was not matching which we ordered from him, now he is not refunding to the amount.

I ordered a lehenga from anix mart. They had told that there is return and refund policy. So I bought it. Once I received my product, it was horrible, the quality of lehenga was too bad. So I contacted them for refund. It's been 4 months they didn't refund my money. It was a waste of money. Never order anything from anix mart or market place from facebook. It is a scam or fraud....
