I had logged a complaint here - after this website - The Ant Girl Collection cheated me - by not sending my product - I had placed a order on 3/Jan 2020 - amount of Rs 814 - was paid to them also. Order No #37956 - I tried calling them no one would pick up the call. Thus i send a mail on 21/jan 2020 & also logged a complaint here. But have not received any response from you too. Kindly revert....

The order was placed for a garment and was supposed to reach me on 4th jan 2020. But i m yet to get it. Neither they reply or respond.

I have ordered few clothes from the website “antgirlcollection.com” worth ₹1045 and it was supposed to be delivered to me by 25th january 2020. As soon as the payment was done, the website did not open and the browser showed that it cannot be found.
I also wrote to the payment gateway helpline i. E. Atompay gateway payment through netbanking but they replied that they did not have any information and that they cannot help with...

Since the advertisment was on facebook page i didn't doubt its genuineness. How can i contact facebook for the same? I have order from the website ant gril collection (Antgirlcollection.com) a kurti worth of 375rs on jan4. (Order 40364)
They have sent a order confirmation mail and sms also saying that order will be delivered by jan 22. I have paid online since no cod option is available.
But till now i did not receive the order, also to contact them their number is switched off and website is not reachable.

I have ordered a dress for my wife on 30-dec and it should delivered on 14-jan but did not received anything as on today i. E. 04-feb. I try to reach customer care and send an email but no luck.

Ordered an item of rs.350/- on jan 5th, 2020 and it was supposed to be delivered by jan 23, 2020 and till now there was no response no sms no delivery no refund. I am not able to connect to the antgirlcollection.com site or to the phone number which is provided in the message of order details.
The payment has done through google pay.
I request you take a action against this site and justice to cunsumer.

I placed an order on january 8 2020. Order number is 46457. I got a message saying it will be delivered on jan 25. No communication after that. The number they mentioned is also invalid. This is fraudulent website. I ordered kurta set by paying 395 rupees through razorpay i. E via online google pay option. Now that i check for my order status this website is closed phone switched off no other details available to track my order. These people are cheating customers by showing reasonable rates and no option other than online payment.. I need my money back....

I placed the via facebook ad in dec 2019 and made the payment of rs.560. When i initially did chat on facebook and i got confirmation stating that i will receive my package by 12th of jan.
