I have applied for Permanent License online i.e Driving Test . when i booked my slot online
i paid 365 rs plus taxes and then i got invoice .
Later after i thought to change my date then after it was showing invalid no .
So i went to my bank and took all the transaction details .
I gave my transaction id to eseva personnel he asked for 100 rs..
