Rs. 185400/- and (3) Receipt No. 3344 dt. 25/3/2009 for Rs. 97060/-

I know apple a day properties spending 2 crore Rs on their ads per month through Chavara ad Kottayam and Cochi. They spend lakhs of Rs together to mislead consumers by saying untruth statements. It is the responsiblity of Chavara ads to answer the consumers. The money they took from customers is using for the election fund for JOSEPH Chavara the MD of Chavara ads, in the recent assembly election. File a complaint...

I booked an Apartment in Apple Nanohomes, Flat No H-110, before 2 yrs. They promised the flat will be completed in 24 months. A paid an amount of about 7 Lakhs, now no information about them. I tried to contact through telephone, it is disconnected. Please consider my case and help me to get my money back....

I booked a flat in apple a day properties in dec 2006. they were supposed to hand it over in under two years but still it is under construction. i dont think it will be handed over in the next 6 months either. it is a huge waste of money....
