This is website which is doing fraud cz pan card office is in pune nd there is no customer care number nd they say document send on their chennai office. I hv pay the amount nd i give u all screen shot of my transaction nd all data about it...

I have sent my supporting documents two times to their address and even after two months the application in awaiting physical document status - "waiting for physical application to reach our pan services office". I have already paid them approximately 130 rupees for the pan card and have been mailing them from past 2 months but there is no response from their side.

This site seems to be doing nothing after people pay the money....

I have applied for a new PAN card, sent all the related documents by post and even got a received mail also but after that there is no response and no status is available. These ### company has not given at least a CUSTOMER CARE support number or even a mail ID. How fake people r there in India. But the Govt. is still silent. Why such stupid so many steps it is required to proceed a new PAN card ? After all a person is going to pay TAX by...

I lost my pan card so applied for a new one on applypanonline.com. I filled all the details and also received a call from [protected] asking to make payment. So i made payment of ₹105 on their website through payu money (I have attached screenshot of payment confirmation). But even after 5 days there is no response from anyone or anything regarding my pan card status. When i tried contacting them on same no. No one is answering....

I made new pancard its been almost a 3 month and there is no update about pan card. I tried to check my status online with acknowledgement number...

Today i have filled form of new pan card on applypancardonline.com but after doing the payment of 110rs the website says that please download the form and send it to given address but there is no download link available on the web page. Its totally fake website even this website doesn't have helpline number or email address. So please take strict action against this website...

I made registration for replacement of my damaged pan card. Its been almost a month and there is no update about pan card. I tried to check my status online with acknowledgement number provided by them, but that appears to be just a fake number. There is no customer care no. Or email id provided for support. Paid the fees charged by them and sent documents on the address provided by them. I know there is no use of complaining here also, but...

Myself mrs. Mrinalini kabita sahoo has apllied for correction in my pan card through apply on line :pancard on 12/05/2018. I filled the form & pay the amt.0f rs.110/- for pan fees as per the site quoted through my credit card without getting the reference number. There is no response from the company after 72 hours has been past. Please co-operate me for the remedy....

I have applied for Pan card on website for 3 Family Members and paid 461 each so total paid around 1500. All 3 Applications got rejected saying discrepancies found and got rejected.We have tried contacting PAN Online but no Customer care number then we have raised many queries online but response is send documents and ticket got closed. no one is responding properly from Applypanonline.com

Possibly this company seems cheating the general public.

I have been given a reference number - ad-[protected]n and it is not being taken for a query. My money has been debited but i am getting a message that the payment has not been made.

I am holding back on sending the hard copies. There is no number on the website or any mail id. The reference number doesn't seem to be correct as it should be 12 digits but there are letters....

I applied for a pan card online and submitted applicable fees and sent my documents to their chennai address mentioned online but they haven't provided my pan card, nor there is any information available on their website with the acknowledgement number they provided of[protected] for khalid hasan - [protected]...

I applied for pan card creation on applypanonline.com. But i come to know that they are charging 3 times more than government site. They have provided option for cancel request and get refund. I done the same and generated a ticket for refund. Every time their executive close my ticket with any information.30 days gone, but still not get refund and no confirmation.

They charged rs.227 on my credit card. I received a pdf form in email. I took printout of it, i pasted photographs on it, signed and sent them this using speed post (Rs.41) on 6-nov-2017 alongwith address id proof copies.

Speedpost status shows receipt of documents by pan services.
