Apr Travels Complaints & Reviews

I booked 7'o clock bus in apr via red bus during booking there is only one boarding point which is koyembedu so before booking i called to apr travels and asked weather i can board in chengalpattu toll / vandalur but they replied that it's not possible we have boarding only at koyembedu. Then finally i booked the ac semi sleeper ticket via red bus and went to their koyembedu office around 6'o clock. Upto 9'o clock bus was not came to office...

Bus details: thanjavur to chennai (Fare 970rs)
1. No blanket and water bottle provided
2. Started 35min late from actuall time (Bus started by 11:35pm, where actuall time is 11:00pm)
3. Stopped in a place by 2:40am, but i couldn't enter the restroom, but those ppl charged 5rs for it. (Dont know why company decided to stop in place like that),
Surely i will think before preferring apr travels next time...

APR travels ac seater from Bangalore to thiruvananthapuram was not having valid permit on 11th august. I was waiting in tirunelveli for around 4 hours at checkpost.Bus driver did not tell anything to us. after that he refused to provide alternate transport. i had to catch another local bus to nagarcoil and then again another bus to thiruvananthapuram....
