Entered amc for 3 years vide contact receipt no. 10/24316818 dated 19.01.15 against cheque no 539500 dated 02.02.15 for rs3930/- drawn on ubi during the period from 02.02.15 to 01.02.2018. Today i enquired for renewal of my amc. But i had been harassed by the company. I contacted over telephone twice for renewal of my amc. But the company did not provide any docket no to assure me for sending any technician to my residence....

This is refer to Aqua Sure, as I call to Mr Vijay Halnar from Panvel, a Service Executive, who visited to my home in Uran, , Raigad, As he told me that I have to change the Carbon Cartridge and also Filter Cartridge, then Water will flow good and also Fresh Water, Let me tell you that it was hardly changed 6 months before, On his assurance, I asked him to change for Rs. 600.00, plus 150.00 service charges...

I bought An Aqua Sure Xpert water purifier from a military canteen in chennai.This happened in Jan.After the installation, the water color was not good and the device had a leakage.I raised a request and it took a months time for one service rep to visit my place and that too after me calling customer service team 3 or 4 times.He fixed it and left but i had the same problem again after 24 hours.Now I dont have confidence with Aqua sure bcoz...

my Aquasure KitanuMagnet is not working i.e is not filtering water after 10 days from date of purchase after changing filters and all possible tries ,
after call customer service number [protected], they are not cooperative ,making fun of caller ,hanging call for long time , disconnecting call ,but not sending technician to my home and solving my problem please help

I too want to log a complaint against Aqua Sure.

Aqua Sure is not working from 4 days and on registering the complaint on customer care they asks to wait for two days to get the service.
Drinking safe and purified water is the necessity of life without which a person cannot live for even some hours and in such viccinity to wait for two days to get the service is really disgusting.

I am a Army Officer from Jhansi..I have purchaged a Aqua Sure water purifier in March 2010..from Jhansi. After few months it started giving problems..I called up service centre and they repaired that.Again after some time same problem occur.Then they changed some thing..After some time again problem occurs..Now I told them to change the brand and give me other..But again they repaired it..Nowagain I am facing problem since last one month...Now...

After lapse of 6 months or so I started facing problem. The problem was that water was not being filtered.I took utmost care to clean my product twice weekly. I purchased AquaSure (water purifier by Eureka forbes) last week from a dealer in Bangalore. When we assembled it and filled it water it starts leaking once bottom compartment is fully filled. After showing this to dealer i got a fresh model and again same problem happened. Once bottom chamber is filled and still you have some remaining in upper compartment it will start leaking. The design of Aquasure is such that you cannot avoid water...

I am cleaning my aqua sure every 15 days, but water is not being filtered. I have lodged my complain at Sambalpur office. But received no response at all from your Sambalpur office. Prior to this, your field visiting our colony have themselves told me that they will send the aqua sure staff for remedial measures, but no body turned up for necessary rectification of my aqua sure.

I request you to please look into the matter...

i had already submitted a complaint two days ago.there is no reply.the aqua sure was bought from radhika sales, bhadrak.water has been leaking since its purchase.

the aqua sure is no more in the registered address, it is in balasore.
